You may have noticed, we haven't been posting much lately. In spite of Bossypants being an excellent book, participation was nearly non-existent (thanks though, sbaney!) and we have both had a lot going on lately. I'm STILL not unpacked (just passed the two week mark of moving into our new house), have an into-everything nearly 18 month old and another on the way, and Alisha has a full time job, is a full time mom, and is an excellent  and in demand photographer (, by the way!).

Due to all of the above, we're going to take a break for an undetermined amount of time. Hopefully when we do get back there will be more enthusiasm for participation. It's not as fun without the actual discussion of the books!

In the meantime, please do consider reading the next selection, The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chobsky so we are all ready to pick things up when the hiatus has come to a close. I did manage to read it at night snuggled next to my boys when I just couldn't look at another box and I had a hard time putting it down.

Our e-mails are still available ( or in case you want to suggest some books or have any comments/questions in the meantime.

Hope to see y'all again soon! Happy reading!

Week 4 -- Bossypants

We are in our last week of Bossypants!
Next week we will start our new book, The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky.

Candace is in the process of moving and so I am asking you all to please send me some discussion questions for this week. Please! I am no good at the whole question thing.

The last discussion post will be up on Saturday so that gives you two days to get them in!

Thank you to everyone who has participated so far.

Discussion Week 3 -- Bossypants

I completely missed the introduction to week three, and this discussion post is two days late!
Sorry guys, I had a busy week and I'm totally a slacker!

If you are behind and you want to catch up as well, you can find week one discussion HERE and week two discussion HERE.

Last week we read chapters:

A Childhood Dream, Realized--30 Rock: An Experiment to Confuse Your Grandparents

Questions are numbered to make it easier to reference the other responses. Be aware that the questions themselves may contain spoilers--read at your own risk!

Let the discussion begin!
